Eminent Shop – Pre-Order Policy

At Eminent Shop, we offer a pre-order service for all products that are not currently in stock. To ensure a smooth experience, please read and agree to the following policy before placing your order.

1. Pre-Order Process

  • 30% Taka advance payment is required when placing a pre-order. (Bkash/Nagad)
  • Once your order is confirmed, we will source the product and deliver it within the estimated time.

2. No Cancellation & No Refund

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any condition.
  • If the product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues, we will offer either a replacement or full refund.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

  • No returns are accepted unless the product is defective upon delivery.
  • Exchange is possible, but extra payment may be required depending on the product price.
  • Inspect the product in front of the delivery rider.
  • If defective, call us immediately at 01628127768 while the rider is still present.
  • Our customer service must be able to speak with the rider to confirm the issue.

4. Delivery & Notification

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and supplier logistics.
  • Customers will be informed once the product is ready for pickup or delivery.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Check product specifications carefully before placing your order.
  • We are not responsible if the product does not meet personal expectations or preferences.
